How to Connect your Duve Account to StayNTouch
On the Connect&Sync page, Add a New source and select 'StayNTouch '
Once you add a new source and click "StayNTouch" you will be led to fill in your StayNTouch
credentials - Client ID, Client secret, and Hotel ID.
In order to find these details, contact StayNTouch (onboarding@stayntouch.com) and request your Hotel ID & Client ID & Client Secret for your Duve connection. The StayNTouch support team will get back to you shortly with the Hotel ID, Client ID & Client Secret info.
After Approving you will still be on Duve.
You're Done! You will be able to view your property and reservation information and start using Duve.
Important Go Live Step:
Any new chains that will be onboarded with Stayntouch will need a written approval from the hotel that they agree to go live with Duve. Please contact onboarding@stayntouch.com to confirm the Go Live Date.

- Update Inventory
- New reservation
- Edit Reservation
- Cancel Reservation
- Noshow Reservation
- Reinstate Reservation
- Room Status
