Duve's Guest Journey is signified by guest statuses which can be used throughout the Guest Experience.
The Guest Status is intended to be used to reflect the status in the Guest Journey, similar to Reservation Status in your PMS: Before Check-in, Pre Checked-in, Check-in, Pre Checkedout, Checked-out.
The Guest Status will be reflected on the Reservations page in the Guest Status column as well as on the top of the Basic Details of the Reservation.
Guest Status
Before Check-in: The guest hasn’t completed the pre-check-in wizard.

Pre Checked-in: The guest has completed the Pre-check-in wizard.

Check-in: The Tasks page Arrival task has been completed.

When the task has been completed, the following occurs:
- The Guest's Access codes will be marked as Visible from the Guest App
Pre Checked-out: Guest has completed the Pre check-out.

Checked-Out: Guest has departed, the Tasks page Departure task has been completed.

Canceled: The reservation was canceled.
- If the Reservation status is changed to Cancelled or the reservation is discarded or deleted in Duve, the Guest Status will move automatically to Canceled.
