Duve has introduced a new feature that enhances the way hosts can offer upsells, both free and paid, by allowing them to select delivery days based on specific timeframes. This addition is set to revolutionize the upsell process, offering more flexibility and precision.
Overview
The update under 'Upsells' management enables hosts to specify availability windows, ensuring that hosts can maximize the availability to guests to book services.
Scenario: A host wants to ensure that the upsell does not have any further availability for the same day, then it can still be booked according to the next day's availability.
New Settings are available for the 'Off market time'
- Allow Orders (Allow booking for the next day) - guests will be able to order for the next available day if the designated delivery period has passed on the current day.
- Block Orders (Don't allow booking) - guests will only be able to order during the designated time.
The Guest Experience
'Allow order' will appear as / 'Block all orders' will appear ➝
