Use cases
- Next-day breakfast cutoff: Accept breakfast orders only until 22:00. Guests who order after that get the next available day.
- Kitchen or front desk hours: Accept spa, laundry, or room service requests only while staff can handle them.
- Supplier lead time: Take orders only during the hours your supplier confirms bookings, and block everything else.
Before you start
- You need an existing custom service, or create a new one under Upsells > Manage.
- Set your weekly days and hours in the Availability section first. The Orders from window works together with those settings.
- The hours follow your property's time zone, not the guest's.
How to set it up
- Go to Upsells > Manage and open the custom service you want to edit.
- Expand the Availability section.
-
Scroll past the days table and the Minimum time to order field to the Orders from block.
- Turn on the Orders from switch.
- Select a From hour and a To hour. This is the window when guests can order. The To hour options only show hours after the From hour you picked.
- To accept orders only after a certain hour, set the From hour and leave the To hour at 00:00.
-
To accept orders only before a certain hour, set the To hour and leave the From hour at 00:00.
- Under Orders during off-market, choose what happens outside the window:
- Allow orders: Guests can still order, but not for today. The earliest date they can choose is the next available day.
-
Block all orders: Guests can't order at all until the window opens again.
- Save the service.
Host experience + Guest experience
When a guest opens the upsell in the Guest app outside your Orders from window:
-
With Allow orders: Today is unavailable in the date picker. The guest can pick the next available day: the next day that is enabled in your Availability settings, meets the minimum time to order, and isn't sold out. This may not be tomorrow.

-
With Block all orders: The guest sees a message such as "Booking available between 07:00 and 22:00" with your property's time zone, and the order button is disabled.

Inside the window, the upsell works as usual.
Restrictions & Limitations
- Available for custom services only.
- There is one window per service. It applies every day and can't be set per weekday.
- The window is in whole hours, in your property's time zone.
Tips & Tricks
- Match the window to the hours your team can actually confirm and fulfill orders.
- Use the service description to tell guests when they can order, so the cutoff doesn't surprise them.
- Use Minimum time to order together with Orders from if you also need a fixed lead time.
FAQs
Q: I can't find "Off market time" in the console. Where did it go? A: It's now called Orders from. You'll find it at the bottom of the Availability section of a custom service.
Q: Do the From and To hours mean the service is unavailable during that time? A: No. The From and To hours are when guests can order. Everything outside that window is off-market.
Q: With Allow orders, will guests always be able to book for tomorrow? A: Not always. They can book for the next available day based on your enabled days, minimum time to order, and inventory limits.
Q: Which time zone is used? A: Your property's time zone. Guests in other time zones see the time zone next to the booking-available message.
