New! Update Specials section in Opera 5.6

Duve is now able to update the Specials section for Opera 5.6 with a specific code to notify hotel's reception team of any requests for Luggage Storage. 

 

 

For each guest who selects a Check-in Hour before the Earliest Check-in time on the account, such as a check-in option for free luggage store, Duve will push the code to Opera guest profile 'Specials' section. The earliest check-in time of the hotel is taken from the hotel check-in hour in the main brand or sub-brand.

 

 

Ex: If a guest chooses the luggage store check-in - the check-in time is before 3 pm, then the guest will marked as 'EAA' and will be pushed to the Opera guest profile

 

 

Turn on the toggle for 'Sync early arrival code' toggle in your OHIP connection

 

 

A field match will open for the user to add the code from Opera 'Special code to update'
