How to set it up?
In Custom Questions, a new toggle has been added to allow hosts to choose to display data already collected in the PMS. By default, the toggle will be turned on for all accounts (both new and existing), ensuring that all fields are visible by default.
Guest Experience
When a guest enters the Online Check-in, the guest will see the field populated if it was synced properly from the PMS.
If the guest changes the input, the field value will show as updated on the Reservation page and be pushed successfully to the PMS.
If the guest does not change the input, effectively confirming the information that was shown to them in the Pre Check-in, the reservation page will not present the information and no data will be pushed to the PMS.
