The Search Bar is located at the top of every page in Duve in the Daily Admin Settings. Search results includes all reservations and orders created in the last 3 months, Reservations with check-in dates in the next 3 months and with check out dates in the last 3 weeks. Furthermore, the results can include cancelled reservations as well.
Search Parameters:
- Guest Name
- Reservation Number (External ID, External ID 2 or OTA ID)
- Order number (for orders purchased in Duve
When searching for guest names in the search bar, specific icons will display like so:
Legend:
Signifies a Cancelled Reservation
Signifies a Reservation which has Checked-out
Signifies a reservation which is a future reservation
Signifies a currently in house reservation, currently between check-in and Checkout dates

Q1: What is the purpose of including cancelled reservations in the search results?
- A1: This feature ensures that all relevant reservations, including cancelled ones, are accessible, providing a complete view of reservation statuses for better management and reporting.
Q2: How do I identify cancelled reservations in the search results?
- A2: Cancelled reservations will be marked with a specific icon - X
Q3: What time frames are covered by the search results?
- A3: The search results include all reservations created in the last 3 months, those with check-in dates in the next 3 months, and check-out dates in the last 3 weeks.
Q4: What should I do if I can not find what I am looking for in the Search Bar?
- A4: If the reservation is not found by the search bar, go to the Reservations page and search by the guest name in the proper column. Adjust the dates filter or remove it completely to find what you are looking for.
- If you are searching for an upsell purchase, go to the Upsells > Orders page and search by guest name and remove the Status and 'Delivery At' filter to find what you are looking for.
