Currently, the VIP code field in Optima is not synced to the reservation in Duve. This creates a challenge for hosts, as they cannot easily identify VIP guests or tailor their communications and services to meet the specific needs of these important clients.
This feature is supported at both company and brand levels. Applicable to account types: Hotels and Vacation Rentals.
The VIP Condition exists in Various places in Duve:
- Communication Hub: Customize messages based on the VIP code.
- Pre-check-in Email: Include personalized content for VIP guests.
- Scheduled Messages: Tailor scheduled communications according to VIP status.
- Guest Billing: Highlight VIP guests in the billing process.
- Pre-check-out: Customize check-out communications and offers for VIP guests.
The VIP code will be available on the Duve reservation page as long as it exists in the Optima guest profile.
