Setup for Document Verification

In Settings > Check-in> Required Documents:

Must be enabled and select "All guests (Adults,Children, Babies)"

Note: Any description text in the Required Documents page will not show to the guest once Document Verification is enabled.

Regulatory Setup

Click on Connections > Regulatory Reporting > Select Dubai as your Province

Turn on 'Activate automatic sending to an authority' and enter the username and password from the DTCM portal login

Click Validate.

Select Payment method as 'Credit card'. Save Changes.

Guest Experience

When guests complete the guest journey and arrive at the scan document page, guests will see the scan document page per guest

Step 1:

Each guest will have their own scanned document section according to what was filled in the custom questions section.

If the guest selects Passport they will need to upload 1 clear document where the passport appears clearly
If the guest selects ID, they will be required to upload 2 images, the front and the back of the ID

Step 2:

Passport Upload

When selecting "Passport", the passport should be clear and uploaded without any missing parts and the full image should be in the image for it to get approved

State ID Flow

When guests select an ID, they will be required to upload both sides of the ID in a clear way for it to be verified

If a guest uploads any image that is not a valid passport/ID an error will appear to indicate to the guest that the image was not clear and they need to upload it again. There are 3 attempts for the guest to upload the document, and for Duve to verify that it's a real valid document. After 3 attempts, guests can upload an image, any image, and Duve will accept it without checking if it's a valid image in order to let the guest proceed with the OCI.

The documents will indicate on the reservations page whether it is a real verified document.

If the guest uploaded a document and DUve checked whether it was a real document or not, there would be a success/fail log. If the guest uploads a document for the 4th time Duve will accept it without checking the document again

When a guest uploads an image that is not a passport/ID an error log will appear.

The image was uploaded successfully and the guest can proceed with the OCI
