We are excited to introduce a new feature designed to streamline the process of syncing guest details from Duve to OHIP. This enhancement aims to save time and reduce manual labor for hosts by automatically creating guest profiles in OHIP, including companions listed in the main reservations.
Overview
The new feature addresses this issue by ensuring all guest details, including those of companions, are synced directly to OHIP as guest profiles, not just as comments.
The following list are fields that are synced to companions in OHIP:

- First Name - mandatory for companions
- Last Name - mandatory for companions
- Phone
- Custom Fields (need to be configured in Duve as Custom Questions with Field Match):
- Gender
- Country
- City
- Address
- Zip Code
- Birthday
- Document Type
- Document Number
- Guest name, Address(city/country/address),home and billing address, nationality,ID/Passport, birthdate, gender

How to Set It Up
Go to Settings > Basic Details
Select First Name and Last Name must be collected from "All guests", Allow skip = Never
Custom Question setup
Supported Custom Questions in OHIP
- Gender
- Address, City, Country, Zip Code
- Billing Address, City, Country, Zip Code
- Birthday
- Document Number
All Custom Questions must have the correct field match and be listed as 'all guests / all adults'
Companion Sync in OHIP UI
Duve syncs the Companions to the Accompanying Profiles
Click on the Accompanying Profiles, click on the Name
All guest information collected in Duve (via supported field matches) will show in the Companion Profile.
