How It Works
- Custom upsell Setup: Hosts define free upsells - custom services in Duve (e.g., towel service or deep cleaning).
- Custom Service Setup: Hosts define external IDs for each custom service in Duve (see below).
- Trigger Configuration: Hosts set up webhooks to send data to Flexkeeping whenever a guest requests a custom service.
- Task Mapping: Task attributes such as room number, guest name, service type, and delivery time are mapped to corresponding fields in Flexkeeping.
- Task Confirmation: Flexkeeping confirms task creation, which is logged in Duve for transparency.
Define the Trigger
Set the trigger to execute when the order status is "Created" and the order type is "Custom Service."
Map Data Points
Ensure the following fields are sent from Duve to HotSOS:
FirstName, VerifiedFirstName, LastName, VerifiedLastName, OrderDetails, ProductDetails, RoomNumber, VerifiedEmail, External PropertyID, Booking ID/ Reservation ID,
1. How to find the flexkeeping_facility_id, log in to the Flexkeeping dashboard?
Go to My Hotel > Properties, add your Hotel's/ Branches, and you will get your ID from the table.
2. How to find flexkeeping_assignment_type?
The left-side menu of the Flexkeeping Dashboard shows multiple assignment types. The host can choose from the list below.

- - issue
3. How to find incoming_access_token?
Log in to Duve Host Dashboard, go to Settings > Connections > DuveConnect
You will see the Incoming tab as below
Go to Settings > Duve Connect > Add Incoming webhook and add the points below to Access scopes.
- Order External ID
- Order external status
- Status timestamp
Copy the Access token as below,
Note: Select the values as given below.
Upsell configuration
Set up upsell services, go to the pricing and cancellation policy tab, add items, and while adding items, enter the External Id from the Flexkeeping Dashboard.
To get the list of External Ids or assignment codes, jump to Administration > Assignment Codes in the flexkeeping. Choose/ add your service and pick the # from a table.

Make sure the Room Number is there
It is an essential step to making APIs work. Make sure the Room number is set. If it is not, contact the support team for room numbers.
How to unsubscribe from the Flexkeeping status updates
Go to Duve Host Dashboard, go to Settings > Connections > DuveConnect
You will see the Incoming tab, Deactivate the used incoming webhook from the list.
