Duve is excited to announce its new integration with Rezid.net, a leading task management platform in the hospitality industry. This integration enables hotels to streamline operations by automatically creating tasks in Rezid.net based on guest activity or service requests within Duve.
The integration is designed to:
- Enhance operational efficiency through automation
- Eliminate manual task creation
- Ensure consistent task management from guest request to completion
Supported Task Types:
- Maintenance Tasks
- Housekeeping Tasks
- All other Task Types
Pricing
In order to open Rezid.net integration, customers must purchase the Add-on. Rezid.net is an add-on feature that will be available upon request and at an additional monthly cost of $0.50 per unit with a monthly minimum of 50 eur required. For more information contact our Support Team or your dedicated Customer Success Manager.
How It Works
The integration uses unique identifiers and webhooks to map tasks between Duve and Rezid.net. The workflow includes:
- Custom upsell or Menu Product Setup: Hosts define free upsells - custom services in Duve (e.g., towel service or deep cleaning).
- Custom Service Setup: Hosts define external IDs for each custom service in Duve (see below).
- Trigger Configuration: Hosts set up webhooks to send data to Rezid.net whenever a guest requests a custom service.
- Task Mapping: Task attributes such as room number, guest name, service type, and delivery time are mapped to corresponding fields in Rezid.net.
- Task Confirmation: Rezid.net confirms task creation, which is logged in Duve for transparency.
How to Set it up?
What is needed to start the process?
1. In Rezid.net, open a service request in the internal support system, specifying the need to connect Duve.
How to Get the List of External IDs:
To ensure accurate mapping and avoid errors, there are two ways to access your external IDs in Rezid.net:
- Option A: Request an Excel Export - Rezid.net can provide an Excel file with all your category mappings and their corresponding external IDs upon request. To request this, please submit a service request through the internal support system in Rezid.net, asking for an export of the category-to-external ID mapping.
- Option B: Locate IDs Manually in the System
You can also find the external IDs directly in the platform:
- Go to the "ניהול סוגי דיווחים" (Report Types Management) screen.
- The external IDs are displayed alongside each product (screenshot).
In the meantime, Start Setup of Menus or Custom Products
Duve hosts can already start to set up a menu product or custom service and align it to Housekeeping and Maintenance Requests
Note: Please ensure that Housekeeping and Maintenance requests are separated to 2 separate products in Duve.
Within the Service setup
Services must be set to 'Free'
Each item must have an External ID in the upsell in order to successfully push to Rezid.net.

Mandatory Last Step
- Make sure the Room Number is set on the Room/Rental
To do this, please go to the Frontdesk.
Click on the Rooms/Rentals
Go into each Rental and check that the Room Number field is filled in as shown below:
