FAQs
What happens to my existing Info Boost text?
Your existing Info Boost content is migrated into a structured text source during setup.
Can I still use formatting like bullet points?
Currently, only plain text is supported. Rich formatting may be supported in the future.
Can I decide which sources the AI will use?
Yes. You manage source assignment from the Agent settings page.
When do changes take effect?
Changes take effect only after you save them and apply to future AI responses.
What if I have conflicting information in my sources?
A: For now, Duve does not do anything when there is conflicting information. The host is responsible for mapping that out and reducing it.
