Smart Reply enables Duve AI to automatically respond to guest messages across various communication channels, such as SMS, WhatsApp, and Chat. Hosts can choose auto-replying at different levels—Account, Brand, and Specific Conversation. Duve Ai aims to provide seamless and efficient guest engagement.

- Existing information - Any information available in your Duve Settings, Guest App posts and Active Upsells
- Information boosting - Additional Information to contribute to be available for the AI to use in direct guest responses that might not appear in the Guest App. (i.e. Our reception is closed from 10pm-8am) Any rules you want the AI agent to follow (i.e. don't reply to anything related to cancellation policies)

Pricing:
- Pricing will be the same for all Duve plans and includes SmartPriority and SmartReply.
- Price list of 2.5 Euro p/room/month. In addition - there is a usage fee [per Open AI charges cost].
- Contact Duve Support or your dedicated Customer Success Manager to add DuveAI to your subscription.

Note: There is a 25 second delay between a message being sent by the guest to when DuveAI will reply.
