HotelBeds and Duve have embarked on a collaboration, focusing on a direct connection between the two platforms so that hosts can share OCI details directly with HotelBeds to allow their guests to complete the OCI without having guest contact information.
To obtain the property URL from the Duve Check-in Portal:
Navigate to Dashboard > Check-in > Check-in portal
On the check-in portal page, go to ‘Self service (Check-in & Guest-App)’ to retrieve the URL
- Once retrieving the URL, share it with your contact person from HBX
