This article explains the steps required to integrate Duve with your Siteminder account. In order to begin, you must have an Active Duve account.
How to Connect your Duve Account to Siteminder
On the Connection page, Add a New source and select 'Siteminder'
Click ‘Fill SightMinder form’ to begin. You will be asked to fill in contact details and details about your property.
Note: Fill in a separate form for each brand you have. This step ensures that all rentals and reservations are accurately synced across all your brands.
Select Duve as the application you would like to activate. Your Duve Hotel ID will appear on the top of the form.
Shortly after submitting the form, Siteminder will review and communicate with Duve Support to confirm the details to sync your account with Duve. This process takes between 5-7 business days.
Our Support team will contact you by email when the sync is established. Once the sync is established, you will be able to see all your rental & reservation information in Duve.
