In this article, we will go over the Notification settings for your team members.
The notification tab is mainly regarding each user notification when guests complete procedures.
The notification panel will display prominently all the notifications selected below. The unselected notifications will be visible in the log panel.
Duve includes user notifications to alert users of any changes or activity that may concern them. Users may receive different notifications based on the user type (see detailed list below).
Each user is able to edit the notifications they receive by going to the profile on the bottom left corner of the menu and clicking ‘Edit Profile’.
How to Set it Up?
There is a possibility to receive notifications about General, Conversations, Tasks, and Orders.
You can get notified directly in the system or choose to receive the updates in your email.
In that way, you can generate the follow-up of all the collected details your guest fills in.
You can see how many guests filled out the pre-check-in form, how many guests uploaded documents, or what is the situation of the upsell orders.
Keeping track of the amount of the order can be helpful from a revenue perspective, as you can also check the transportation, check-in/out options, or even the canceled orders.
