With Duve, our hotels can create a new guest experience: the Digital Registration Process.
The Digital Regisration process consists of allowing your guests to complete items of Pre Check-in and E-Signature for all the guests in the Reservation, straight from a tablet at the Reception Desk.
Collect essential questions which will be shown to the guest. Define parameters to show to guests in the personal details page of the Online Check-in
Basic Information can be defined and collected by guest in the Online Check-in
- Guest First Name
- Guest Last Name
- Phone Number
- Email Address
Each parameter can be defined as either:
- Only Booker
- All guests in the Reservation
- All Adults and Children
- Only Adults (over 18)
Allow Skip (except Booker) - you can not allow Skip for the Booker for any of these parameters
Default Setting is to make the Booker details mandatory
Other Custom Questions can be created and added in this setup which will show on the Personal Details page.
Allow your guests to answer questions about their stay
Custom questions can be displayed on the Personal Details page or the Custom questions page
If questions are assigned to the Custom Questions page, you can create your own custom header and description for the page
If you enable the questions to exist in the Pre Check-in in the Personal Details page, the questions will show on the Basic Details page
Allow your guests to submit their Registration Contract or Terms & Conditions digitally through the Online Check-in. Define parameters to show to guests in the personal details page of the Online Check-in.
The E-Signature can be defined to

BD Reception Agents should be limited to 'View Reservations' only - this will give them access to only the Tasks page where they can view and manage the Digital Registration Process.

Adding the passcode for the Digital Registration Process
Go to Extra Customization to Add
Click Enabled by default
Enter a four digit passcode
Code functionality will only present when the Digital Registration process is launched from the Digital Registration column..
Adding the prompt to confirm Guest Name before Digital Registration Process
Click Enabled by Default
From the tasks page - Agent will click Start -
And be prompted to confirm the guest’s name before continuing -
After clicking Begin - turn the iPad over to the guest -
- Each column can be filtered in the top by Guest Name to find the guest’s Digital Registration
