Duve now provides the option to refund guests' orders by a percentage, a specific amount, or a full amount. Refunds can only be processed for orders paid by credit card.
To process a refund, go to the Order page and then select the icon to choose between currency and percentage.
Select the refund type (% or currency) and then add the amount/percentage you would like to refund
On the Order page, there are options to cancel the order or to process the refund as you wish ➝
Once you click the refund/cancel button there will be another message pop-up to verify the action.
That's it! The guest has been refunded and it will appear within a few business days.
