How to pull Access Codes from Escapia – Duve

Duve's customers who use Escapia can set the access codes in Escapia which will push to each individual reservation in Duve.

Note: In order to have access codes through Escapia, you must connect a third party access code provider through Escapia.

You need to create 3 Ad-hoc custom fields (not the custom 1-10, but the editable ones at the bottom of the page) with the following [case sensitive] labels :

Wifi Name

Wifi Password

Keycode

If the Access codes do not change per each reservation, you must enter the Access Code under Keycode in the Value section.

Direct Integration with a Key Provider in Escapia

Ensure that the customer’s Escapia account has the direct integration with the key provider

Go to Bookings> Open> Expand Guest Details> Get Code to generate the code in Escapia. Once the code is generated in Escapia, it will push to Duve automatically.
