Customers using Guesty Locks Manager can now pull access codes from their Guesty account into Duve.
Note: In order for access codes to be created by Guesty, you must have an active subscription with the Guesty Locks Manager.
Overview: Guesty Locks Manager syncs 2 access codes to Duve per reservation, one actual code and a backup code.
The first code will be aligned to the {{propertyOrKeyBoxCode}} dynamic parameter and shown in the Rental/Keybox Code field on the Reservation Level.
The backup code will be aligned to the {{buildingCode}} dynamic parameter and shown in the Building Code field on the Reservation Level.
How to set it Up?
Go to Duve’s Connect&Sync page and enable ‘Sync Codes from Guesty Locks’.
Press Save.
Then, the access codes will show for each guest’s reservation in this section of the Reservation in Duve:
Notes:
- If there are no access codes connected to the rental/reservation in Guesty, the fields will show as blank.
- If the Reservation already has access codes, Duve does not pull access codes to overwrite the existing ones.
- Users with Guesty Locks Manager can not use also the Guesty custom fields to pull Access codes (Guesty | How to set up Access Codes via Custom Fields)
