How to set it up?
Connect Dormakaba eCode to your Duve Account
First, locate your unique Site Name and your username on the top right.
Once you have the Site Name and the username from your Dormakaba account, please reach out to support@duve.com so we can proceed with Dormakaba.
Setup in Duve
Duve Support team will confirm that you can move forward with the connection in Duve.
Go to Advanced and select Dormakaba E-code from the dropdown. To finish the connection, add the Site ID from the Dormakaba account and Click Add.
After connecting, you will be able to see your Dormakaba Ecode connection.

Site name -
The setup of each door will be under "Access codes" ➝
Once you click "Access Codes" you will see all the setup for the existing doors in your account ➝
In case you want to create more doors you can click "Door MGMT"
