In this article, we will go over the conditional logic for the Smart Tools of Early Check-in and Late Checkout in the Guest App.
In order for Early Check-in to show to your guests in the Guest App:
- If the offer's availability is set to be available on the day you are viewing the Guest App
- based on only availability from Smart Tool setup
- No Early check-in has been purchased yet
- The Guest is viewing the Guest App before their Check-in date
In order for Late Checkout to show to your guests in the Guest App:
- The Guests Check-in Date has passed (i.e they are currently in House)
- No Late Checkout has been purchased yet
- If the offer's availability is set to be available on the day you are viewing the Guest App
