A: ”Release codes” is available in the "Tasks" page, by clicking the 'Lock' icon or by sending a message with the dynamic parameters for Building Code or Rental/Keybox Code in a message sent manually from the Communication Hub such as the Arrival email.

A: Hiding codes is a similar action to release codes - but in this situation, you will want to click the green Lock icon from the Tasks page. If you have already released the codes in a message, you can not unsend the message.
