How to extract a file to see guests who have selected the Opt-in for Marketing

To extract details from your guest's Online Check-in, Duve allows you to export the information into an Excel or CSV file. 

Go to the Reservations page and click the three vertical dots icon to pull up the menu of all available export options.

'Export All' will include all the data collected via Custom Questions and Online Check-in.

'Export' will include limited data from the Online Check-in.

Choose your desired file export and then the file will export and save in your Downloads file on your desktop. 

In the file which has been downloaded, filter the OptIn column for 'Yes' and then you will have a list of all guests who selected to Opt-in via the Online Check-in process.
