Enabling notifications will send the user push notifications for all messages sent by guests to the Communication Hub.
How to Add Bookmark as App in your Phone
*Please make sure that you are logging in through the Chrome or Safari app only and not Explorer, as it is not supported.
After you have logged into the system using your username and password, you will be shown the following option in the address bar (at the bottom of the page) "Add Duve to the Home Page screen"
Click on it and wait until the download is complete.
If you do not see this option, your device may be blocked for pop-ups. Please then click on the 3 dots, and select the Launch App button.
After downloading, an icon of the system will appear on your mobile and thus you will have access to the system from your mobile.
How to set the notifications:
After logging into the system via your mobile, enter the chat by clicking on the messages icon located on the upper right side of the screen.
Once the notification area opens, an orange note will appear asking you for permission to enable mobile notifications, Click on it to enable notifications.
