How to Connect your Duve Account to Protel on Prem
On the Settings > Connection page, Add a New source and select 'Protel on Prem'
Please contact Protel Support team to retrieve the Hotel ID & API Token for the Duve (Servi Smart Solutions) connection.
Please send the Protel Support team the following API URL:
Click Connect.
Please note at this time, no new rentals or reservations will sync. Please request from Protel's Support team to do a Reservation Flush to sync all the rentals and reservations.
