In order to connect your Protel Air account, please go to Settings > Connections > Add New and choose Protel Air as your sync source.
Request to connect to Duve from Protel Air Support team
The hotel must contact Protel team and acquire Duve's marketplace, there might be additional implementation fees.
Firstly, clarify with your Protel Integrator if you are working with Duve V1 or V2. Duve V2 is the recommended version and has enhanced capabilities for syncing companions and pulling room upgrade live availability. For more information, please see New! Protel Air v2 Integration
Next, provide the following API URL to your Protel Integrator: https://fapi.duve.com/api/v1/hooks/push?apiKey=CSDwXwypa4mQdN3VAJCGhrVGSPYoPddG
Then, Protel will connect Duve and provide Cloud ID, Hotel ID + API Token, so they can push reservations & rooms to Duve.
Add the Cloud ID and API key to your Duve account
Lastly, Click Connect.
Please note at this time, no new rentals or reservations will sync. Please request from Protel's Support team to do a Reservation Flush to sync all the rentals and reservations.
