The Short name for SMS is set up for One Way SMS communication. The maximum allowance is 12 characters.
How to set it up?
In order for the Short Name for SMS to be displayed to guests, you must select 'Enable Branded SMS when applicable'
Note: The Short Name for SMS will only show depending on the carrier guidelines per country.
The Guest Experience
The Short Name for SMS shows as the Sender for all SMS messages sent from Duve (depending on carrier guidelines per country).
