SMS Capabilties For Australian Customers

1 Way SMS

All Australian customers who would like to SMS message their guests can add the 'HOTELFD' Sender ID to their Setup under Settings > Company Info.

Adding the Short Name for SMS like shown below will allow 1 way SMS messages to be sent:

Important: All Australian customers will have the Sender for SMS always shown as "HOTELFD", regardless of their settings of Short Name for SMS

2 Way SMS

In order for Duve to be able to support 2 way SMS messages with your guests, you must purchase a Custom Phone Number with an Australian country code.
