Duve now supports iDEAL payments via Adyen, a leading online payment method in the Netherlands. This enhancement allows guests to pay seamlessly using bank transfers through iDEAL or traditional credit card payments. Hosts will find a new configuration field in the Billing tab to enable and manage iDEAL as part of their payment options.

How to Set It Up
- Enable iDEAL in Duve:
- Navigate to the Billing tab in your Duve account settings.
- Locate the Adyen Configuration field and switch the toggle to enable iDEAL.
- Set Payment Preferences:
- Add the capability of credit card and bank transfer options for guest payments to your IDEAL account.
- For iDEAL, ensure the necessary payment workflow is set up to redirect guests to the secure iDEAL payment page.
Enhanced Payment Capabilities
- New Tab Payment Flow:
- All payments for stays and upsells, and additional services take place in a new browser tab, enhancing security and compatibility (not an iFrame).
- This new flow ensures a clear and uninterrupted payment experience for guests, particularly when using iDEAL.
- After completing their payment, guests can click "Next" to return to either the online check-in wizard or the guest app, depending on where they were in the process at the time of payment.
- Flexible Payment Methods:
- Credit Card: Guests can use traditional credit card payments for transactions.
- iDEAL: For guests in the Netherlands, iDEAL offers a seamless and secure bank transfer payment option.
- Refunds and Cancellations:
- Hosts can issue full or partial refunds directly in Duve for both credit card and iDEAL payments.
- Transactions can also be canceled, providing control over the payment process.
