How to Connect to GUBI

To connect your GUBI PMS to Duve, follow the steps below:

1. Contact GUBI Support

Begin by reaching out to GUBI PMS and request the following credentials:

• Username
• Password
• Hotel Code
• Vendor ID

These are required to authenticate the connection between GUBI and Duve.

2. Set up the connection in Duve

1. Navigate to Settings > Connections > Add New.
2. Select GUBI as your sync source.
3. Enter the credentials provided by GUBI.
4. Click Connect.

Once the connection is established, your rentals and reservations from GUBI will begin syncing into Duve within a few minutes.

3. Sync Type

This is a 1-way sync from GUBI into Duve. Data flows from GUBI → Duve only.
