1-Way Sync (from GUBI to Duve)

Room Types

The following fields are synced for each room type:

• External ID – used as the room type identifier
• Name – same as the external ID
• Description
• Number of bedrooms
• Maximum number of guests

Properties / Rentals

The following fields are synced for each property/rental:

• External ID – used for the property name and room number
• Room number – same as external ID
• Room type external ID – links the rental to its corresponding room type

Reservations

The following fields are synced for each reservation:

• Guest first name, last name
• Reservation external ID
• Arrival date
• Departure date
• Booking date (when reservation was created)
• Rate plan code
• Number of guests (adults, children, babies)
• Booking source label
• Second booking source label
• Guest country
• Guest phone number
• Preferred language
• Agent
• Folio (no breakdown):
  • Total accommodation
  • Paid amount
