Duve’s Guest-Facing Custom Fonts feature allows hosts to upload and apply their own brand fonts across all guest-facing experiences.
Overview
With this feature, you can upload custom font files, map them to Duve’s supported font weights, and apply them instantly to guest-facing modules like the Guest App and Online Check-in/Check-out.
Important to note
- Only single-weight font files are supported
- You can upload one file per font weight
- Supported file formats:
- .otf
- .ttf
- .woff
Where custom fonts are applied
Once saved, your custom fonts are applied automatically across all guest-facing areas, including:
- Guest App
- Online Check-in (OCI)
Online Check-out (OCO)
- Loading and transition pages
How to Set it up?
Go to Settings → Branding Settings → Fonts
In the Fonts dropdown, click Upload font
Once font is uploaded, return font settings to select and apply
FAQ
Do I need to upload all font weights?
No. You can save your setup as long as at least one font file is uploaded. However, you are responsible for ensuring your chosen files provide the desired visual result.
Will Duve adjust or fix missing font weights?
No. Duve does not automatically correct or complete missing weights. Make sure you upload and map the correct files.
Can I preview the font before saving?
You will see the font file names during upload. Once saved, the font is applied immediately across guest-facing modules.
Can I use different custom fonts for different brands?
Yes. Custom fonts are supported per brand, allowing each brand to maintain its own typography.
