
The Infrasys POS integration allows you to connect your property’s POS system directly to Duve, enabling automatic menu synchronization and seamless order management through the Guest App.
With this integration, you can display your POS menus in Duve, allow guests to place orders digitally, and ensure all orders are sent directly to your POS in real time.
Overview
Once connected, Duve syncs your menus, items, and modifiers from Infrasys. You can then control how these items appear to guests while maintaining your POS as the single source of truth.
Guests can browse menus, customize items, and place orders directly from the Guest App, with accurate availability and flexible payment options.
Pricing
To integrate Infrasys, customers must purchase the POS Add-on. Infrasys is an add-on feature that will be available upon request with a 500 EUR setup fee and at an additional monthly cost of 0.5 EUR per unit with a monthly minimum of 50 EUR required. Collecting Credentials for Infrasys
Infrasys team will handle the license and configuration for Infrasys to Duve.
Implementation team will provide Duve's team with the credentials:
- Secret/API Key
- Shop Code
- Outlet Code
- Master Menu
Create the following codes for the Duve connection:

Service Code for Item Note:
Login to Infrasys HQ Goto Menu Management -> Item Properties -> Items Click Add New Add under General Tab:- Name – Service Fee Code – SF01(Optional) Department – Miscellaneous Category – Miscellaneous Input Item Name - Allow to change item name Add under Price Tab:- Allow to act as General Item – Yes Check open price under default price Add Below under Printing Tab:- Print on guest check (General Item) – Yes And save the item.
2. Find Modifier code for item note:
Purpose: To be able to send a note per each item added by the guest in the order
Login to Infrasys HQ Goto Menu Management -> Item Properties -> Items Click Add New Add under General Tab:- Name – Open Modifier Code – MD01(Optional) Department – Miscellaneous Category – Miscellaneous Input Item Name - Allow to change item name Add under Price Tab:- Allow to act as Modifier Item – Yes Check open price under default price Add Below under Printing Tab:- Print on guest check (Modifier ) – No And save the item.
Connecting Infrasys to Duve
To start using the integration, you’ll need to connect your Infrasys POS account.
Steps:
- Go to Settings > Connections > POS System > Add New
- Add Secret Key and Shop Code given to Duve's team

Click Connect.
Once connected, you will be redirected to the connection page where the integration is listed and active.
Selecting Menus to Sync
After establishing the connection, you can choose which menus (outlets) to sync.
Steps:
- Open your Infrasys connection.
- Select the relevant menus/outlets you want to sync.
- Save your selection.

Only selected menus will be available for use in Duve.
Once the connection is made, fill in the credentials from the POS:
- Payment Methods Codes: Cash, Amex, Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Diners - instructions here
- Other Kiosk/Payment Type
- Mandatory: On Bill/Room Charge Identifier Code - create it as a payment method, instructions here

Creating Menu Upsells
Once menus are synced, you can use them to create upsells.
Steps:
- Go to Upsells > Manage
- Click Create New Upsell.
- Select Menu as the upsell type.
All names, pictures, description and prices are pulled from the POS system. A user can edit each field that was synced from the POS except the price.
Guest Experience
Guests can:
- Browse menus directly in the Guest App
- View real-time item availability
- Customize items with modifiers
- Add notes to their order
- Choose payment methods (e.g., credit card or room charge)
Only active and available items are displayed to guests.
Order Flow
When a guest places an order:
- The order is submitted through the Guest App.
- It is immediately sent to Infrasys POS, including:
- Items and quantities
- Modifiers
- Notes
- Guest details
- Payment method
- The order is also recorded in Duve as an upsell order.
- Notifications are sent to both the guest and the host.
Orders are processed in real time without manual intervention.
Payments & Refunds
- Multiple payment methods are supported, including room charge and credit card.
- Refunds are supported as full refunds only.
Frequently Asked Questions
Can I edit menu items in Duve?
Yes. You can edit how items appear to guests (name, description, image, activation), but these changes do not affect the POS data.
Can I control which menus are shown to guests?
Yes. You can select specific menus (outlets) to sync and display.
Are item availability updates automatic?
Yes. Availability is synced from Infrasys, ensuring guests only see items that are in stock.
Where are orders managed?
Orders are processed in your Infrasys POS and also appear in Duve under upsell orders.
Do I need to manually send orders to the POS?
No. Orders are automatically pushed to Infrasys in real time.
Can guests choose how to pay?
Yes. Guests can select from available payment methods such as credit card or room charge.
