Overview
The Opentec Integration enables properties in Dubai to automatically submit required guest information to the Dubai Police Protel system through Opentec, a certified regulatory reporting provider.
This integration allows properties to comply with Dubai’s regulatory requirements directly from Duve by securely transmitting guest information and identification documents once a reservation reaches a configured status.
After the integration is configured, Duve automatically prepares and submits the required guest data, helping properties maintain compliance while reducing manual reporting work.
