In this article, we will go over the Basic profile settings for your team members.
To access, go to Edit Profile via your Quick Actions:
In the Basic settings, you can see your username, which is also your email address.
This category includes all of your details -
First and last name, preferred Language, Role permission, Phone number, etc.
Our 30 languages will be eligible here, the same as in chat; each user can choose the language they can manage within the Communication Hub
Profile image can be uploaded to show in the Communication Hub Chat
A user will be able to see which tags they are assigned to.
The last feature is the tags options - you can assign the user a tag. It means that the user will be able to view the rentals/rooms connected to these tags
