What we sync?
- Customer’s Room/Rental Information (as long as it exists in the PMS)
- Room Name
- Room Type
- Room Number
- Floor
- Location (Street Address, City, State, Country, Zip Code, Map Coordinates)
- Tags
- Check-in time/Checkout time per rental
- Access & Wifi Codes
- Number of Bedrooms, Bathrooms, Max number of guests
- Reservation Information
- Reservation Dates
- Number of guests A/C/B
- Room Allocation (or Room Type allocation)
- Contact information (Name, Phone Number, email address)
- Nationality of guest in the PMS identifies what the country of the guest is and therefore the guest language
- Country by phone is pulled from the country code of the phone number

- Booking Source
- External ID (known in Tokeet as pKey)

- Base Price of the Reservation will only be included in the Initial Sync
- Extras and Cleaning Fees will show when:

Host sends a message with a placeholder of the {{totalPrice}} or {{rentPrice}}
