1 Way Sync

• Room types:
  • The fields we sync for each room type:
    • External ID: The room type external ID
      • Name will be the same as the room type external ID
    • Description
    • Number of bedrooms
    • Maximum number of guests
• Properties/Rentals:
  
  • The fields we sync for each property/rental:
    • External ID: The room external ID
      • Name will be the same as the room type external ID
    • Room number: The room external ID
    • The related room type external ID
• Reservations:
  
  • The fields we sync for each reservation:
    • Guest First name, Last Name
    • Reservation external ID
    • Arrival date
    • Departure date
    • When the reservation was booked
    • Rate plan code
    • Number of guests (adults/children/babies)
    • Booking source label
    • Second booking source label
    • Guest country
    • Guest phone number
    • Preferred language
    • Agent
    • Folio (without breakdown):
      • Total accommodation
      • Paid amount
