  • Reservation ID

  • Booking Source

  • Reservation Status

    • PreArrival = Confirmed

    • Resident = In House

    • CheckedOut = Post-Stay

    • Cancelled

  • Guest Name

  • Guest Phone (Country derived from phone code)

  • Guest Email

  • Guest Profiles

  • Number of Guests

  • VIP Level (Booker only)

  • VIP Code (if available)

  • Guest Nationality (used to assign language in Duve)

  • Guest Documents (E-Signature & ID Upload) — as URLs or attachments

  • Contract Upload (As a Comment)

  • Custom Questions (As a Comment)

  • Pre Check-In Summary (as a note in Guest Profile)

💳 Check-In Billing Logic

  • If the reservation status is not Checked-In, the synced payment is pushed as a deposit.

  • Otherwise, full guest billing will sync to the folio.
