Assa Abloy Vostio 7 | How to Connect – Duve

Duve is proud to announce an integration with Assa Abloy VOSTIO! To connect to Assa Abloy VOSTIO, please reach out to Duve's Support team.

Note: This is for accounts using VOSTIO 7

Overview

Vostio keys integration releases the mobile keys depending on your configuration of automatic key release time in your Settings.

The Mobile Key will only work on the door from the guest's Check-in to Checkout day. The Earliest time that the guest will be able to enter the room with the code will be dependent on the auto-release by reservation status setting.

Guest Usage

Guests will be required to download a Native App to their phones in order to use the mobile keys. When guests receive the notification that the key is ready, they will be lead to the page in the Guest App titled 'Room Key' where they will see their Room key and any common doors that are available to their reservation.

The hotel/technician assigned to the hotel will contact Vostio - ASSA ABLOY Licensing department to acquire a mobile key license (this contains the link from visionline to your credential services tenant account). The technician will take care of updating the visionline.
Purchase the mobile key license from Assa Abloy with the provider ‘Servi Smart Solutions’
Once the mobile key is bought from the AssaAbloy side, the connection will be able to be established in Duve.

For Accounts Using Vostio 7

Please note that these credentials should be created uniquely for Duve and no other provider connected to your Vostio account -

Select 'Integration' on the left list - Click "Create Credentials" on the bottom right

Name it as you wish and click 'Create credentials'

Download the Credentials and open the file

Retrieve the username and password is retrieved

Setup In Duve

Go to Settings -> Key Providers and add Vostio as a new key provider
Enter the Username and password from the downloaded file

Click 'Add' and then all the rooms will be synced automatically to Duve in the list. Turn on the 'Use no Reservation API' and Save the configuration.

Assign default extra door access to specific rooms or all rooms.

Note: Entrance doors will be included in the Doors list but the Entrance Doors do not need to be added to the connection, as they are added by default in the Vostio account.

Now, assign each room to the right door.

Go to the Rooms/ Rentals page in your Duve account and go into each Room/ Rental and assign each key to the corresponding Room under Key Provider.

Save.
When the key is confirmed, the field will be Blue.

Done! Your guests will now be able to access their room key from their Guest App!

Troubleshooting:

1. Ensure BLE is enabled on all doors

Click on the ”Cog” icon up in the righthand corner.
Go to “Door templates”.
Select the door template you wish to modify.
Change the “BLE module” from “Disable” to “Enable”

2. If the door flashes blue and the door does not open, please take screenshots of the following to send to Duve Support:

3. Please ensure that the new mobile key license has to be updated on the locks. Please check with the Assa Abloy local technician team to ensure that this has been updated.

To do this, Kindly try to re-initialize one of the locks & then try to check the mobile keys. In case it is not successful please share the lock readout & logs with us as that will be required to troubleshoot further.
