Font Options:
Default Fonts: Choose from a variety of pre-selected fonts optimized for readability and performance
Custom Fonts: Upload your own brand-specific fonts to maintain complete consistency with your brand guidelines
Add a New Shortcut
Click Add Shortcut
A pop-up editor will open where you can configure:
Icon (mandatory) – choose from the Duve icon library.
Name (mandatory) – up to 20 characters, visible to guests.

Action Type (mandatory) – select one:
URL – add external links (with “Open in new tab” option).
Guest Info – show info in a bottom sheet (e.g., access codes).
Post – connect an existing Post (follows its display rules).
Upsell – connect an existing Upsell (follows its display rules).
Conditions – control when/for whom the Shortcut is visible.
- The Wifi and Access Codes button will show only after the Codes have been released.
- The Room Key will show only if you have connected a third party access code or mobile key provider to Duve.
- The Invite button will show as long as there is at least 2 guests in the reservation.
- The Room Control button is available for properties with room control configured in their account.
Advanced
The 'See Reservation' button on the cover page of your guest app will lead your guests by default to the Arrival Info page.
To adjust the landing page for the 'See Reservation' button, go to Advanced in the Styles page and select which page of the dropdown you would like to the guests to be lead to.
The 'Guest Greetings' feature in the Advanced options of the Styles page allows you to customize the welcome message that appears when guests open the app, making it possible to personalize greetings with dynamic guest information, seasonal messages, or brand-specific language.
To customize how your guests are welcomed in the Guest app open 'Guest Greetings'. Select 'Edit' and Choose the language options and manually enter the prefered greetings.
