How to add a Review Link per Brand/Rental – Duve

Encouraging guests to share their experiences through reviews is essential for any Host. Within Duve's platform, hosts can create unique review links for each room or rental unit, providing personalized touch-points with guests.

How to set it up

Step 1: Access Your Rooms/Rental Page

Navigate to the ‘Rooms/Rentals' section where all your listings are displayed.

Step 2: Select the Desired Rooms

Check the boxes next to the rooms or rental units for which you want to create individual review links. You can select as many as you need.

Step 3: Use Bulk Edit With your rooms selected, click on the ‘Edit’ option. This will allow you to make changes to multiple listings at once.

Step 4: Find the 'Pre Check Out Review Link' Tab In the bulk edit menu, scroll down until you see the tab labeled 'Pre Check Out Review Link'. Here, you will be able to create or edit the review link specific to the selected listings.

Step 5: Set Your Custom Review Links Click on the tab to expand the options. In this section, you can enter the URL for your custom review link. This might be a link to a third-party review platform or a feedback form that you have set up for your property.

Step 6: Override the Main Settings Review Link (if desired) If you’ve previously set a standard review link in your main settings, the custom review link you set here will override that link for the selected rooms or rentals. Make sure to save your changes once you've added the links.
