Duve allows you to configure the Pre Checkout Confirmation for all your guests or exclude by booking source.
How to Set it Up?
Go to Settings > Checkout > Extra Customization
Turn off "Pre check-out confirmation" email to guests
If enabled, the guest will not receive the Pre check-out confirmation email after finishing the check-in process.
- This feature is disabled by default. You can enable it only for specific booking sources, or enable it as a default and disable it only for specific booking sources.
Change guest greeting
If you would like to have your Preferred greeting in other languages, please manually enter the translation.

Guest Experience
Once the guest has updated their check-out details, they will recieve a confirmation email.
Host Experience
Once the guest has updated their check out details, the host will receive an email with the guest's checkout details.
