How to test the AI Agent
Go to Settings > Communication > Basic. Under SmartReply > Switch the mode to ‘Test mode’. Please note that the DuveAI setup must be done per brand.
Once on test mode, scroll down to Test and Optimize, and click ‘open’
Review and add available questions & answers
Tip: use your canned responses or the FAQ template post for the Guest App for inspiration.
Quality Ratings
Duve will rate the quality of the answers that the DuveAI generates. Duve recommends that the Quality of each answer should be High.
Tips to Optimize
- For each answer that the AI generates, it will provide the sources of the answer. by clicking on the right hand icon as displayed above. In order to improve answer quality, adjust your Guest App posts to provide the most relevant information.
Important: After finishing to test the AI, please make sure to switch it back to 'Enabled' mode so the AI will start responding to guests.
