Duve is happy to announce that customers can integrate their SAG Access Codes account to Duve.
Overview
When connecting SAG to your Duve account, a code from SAG will be generated automatically upon reservation creation. The integration supports the change of room allocation, reservation extensions and reservation dates, so the code will stay the same regardless of which room the guest is staying in.
Manual updates of ETA and ETD and Early Check-in and Late Checkout are not supported, as the timeframes for the codes to work is set in SAG. If there is an Early Check-in or Late Checkout, the timeframes must be updated directly in SAG LockManager.
The code will be active from Check-in to Checkout date, depending on the timeframe set in the SAG LockManager.
Note: Duve supports SAG versions - TS300/TS400/TS600.

How to set it up?
First, locate the following credentials from the SAG interface.
- Username
- Password
- Object ID
- Installation ID
Connect SAG Lock to your Duve Account
Go to Settings > Connections > Keys and select Add New.
Then select "SAG".
After adding your "Username" and "Password" "ObjectID", Installation ID, click Add.
The screen will refresh with your SAG Lock connection if successful.
Enter the SAG Connection and check that the correct number of doors have synced.
Then, go to each Room and attach the Key from SAG to the rental in Duve. Do this for all the rentals in Duve.
