V2 Webhook Integration with Beds24 PMS

We are happy to announce that Duve supports a webhook integration with Beds24 PMS. This enhancement aims to significantly improve the speed and reliance of reservation and message syncs. 

Overview

With the new webhook integration, Duve will:

• Provide real-time synchronization of reservations and messages from Beds24.

• Reduce the sync delays and potential sync issues experienced with the previous 10-minute interval system.

• Reduces the messaging sync time from 10 minutes to immediate.

• Improve overall data accuracy and operational efficiency for existing clients using Beds24.

How to Set It Up

1. Add the Invite Code

Copy the Invite Code immediately (the Invite code is only valid for 15 minutes after generated).

Go to Duve > Settings > Connections > click on the Beds24 Integration add the Invite Code in the field. You may need your API Key from your Account to save the update.

2. Setup Webhook URL from Duve in Beds24

Copy the Beds24 Webhook URL from the Connections page and add it to your Beds24 Account

Go to Beds24 >Settings > Property > Access and add the webhook under the Booking webhook. 

Set the webhook version to "2 - with personal data"

Complete this setup per Property.

Use Cases

Case 1: Real-Time Reservation Sync A vacation rental manager using Beds24 can now enjoy real-time updates for new reservations, modifications, and cancellations. This ensures that the availability and pricing information in Duve is always current, reducing the risk of overbooking or pricing errors.

Case 2: Instant Message Sync A hotel using Beds24 and Duve can now sync messages from OTA platforms instantly. This enables the front desk staff to respond to guest inquiries and special requests more promptly, enhancing the guest experience.

Duve reduced the message sync time from 10 minutes to immediate.
