Hostify Integration Specs
Hostify Integration was developed by the Hostify team using the Duve API. Any changes needed in the integration between Duve and Hostify must be handled with the Hostify Partnerships and Integrations team.
What we sync (One-Way)?
- Customer’s Room/Rental Information (as long as it exists in the PMS)
- Rental Name
- Rental Type
- Room Number
- Floor
- Location (Street Address, City, State, Country, Zip Code, Map Coordinates)
- Number of bedrooms
- Bed types
- Number of bathrooms
- Max number of guests
- Minimum check-in time on Room level
- Maximum check-out time on Room level
- Reservation Information
- Reservation Dates
- Rental Allocation (or Rental Type allocation)
- Contact information (Name, Phone Number, email address)
- Nationality of guest in the PMS identifies what the country of the guest is and therefore the guest language
- Country by phone is pulled from the country code of the phone number

- Booking Source
- Number of adults
- Reservation statuses (from the PMS), for example:
- Confirmed
- Canceled
- Guest Payment for Stay
- Duve only syncs total price not including any extras or breakdown -
