Q: I created a new property in my Beds24 account. How can I get the property to sync to Duve?
Q: What is the API Key used for on the Rental/Room setup?
A: The API key is used to align the information per rental to the rental in Beds24. Please make sure that the API Key is added to each rental.
Q: What can I need to check if I'm seeing this error in my "Connect&Sync" page:
"Error message:Beds24 API: failed to get all bound getReservationsPage pages - number of retries exceededproperty with this propKey not found in account"
A: This error means that there is an issue with the API key. Please see these instructions on how to set an API key: https://wiki.beds24.com/index.php/Duve

Q: My Beds24 reservations are not coming in with the sync? Any tips to troubleshoot?
- Send yourself the Confirmation email with the Demo rental
- Reply to the email and open the Communication Hub
- Open the Demo Rental from the Reservation page
- Remove the PropKey
- Press Sync Now in the Connect&Sync page
- Wait for New reservations to come in
