A: Yes.
Q: What is the API Key used for on the Rental/Room setup?
A: The API key is used to align the information per rental to the rental in Beds24. Please make sure that the API Key is added to each rental.
Q: My Beds24 reservations are not coming in with the sync? Any tips to troubleshoot?
A: Make sure that all rentals have an External ID and proper Propkey setup. Most likely the case here is that the Demo Rental has the prop key which is missing.
To fix:
- Send yourself the Confirmation email with the Demo rental
- Reply to the email and open the Communication Hub
- Open the Demo Rental from the Reservation page
- Remove the PropKey
- Press Sync Now in the Connect&Sync page
- Wait for New reservations to come in
