Airbnb Settings Update regarding Alias Emails

The Email Alias Feature for Airbnb will be deprecated on September 30th, 2023

Duve Recommendations from Duve to contact Airbnb Guests

• Use SMS messaging through Scheduled Messages to contact Airbnb
• Use Duve's Pre Check-in portal in Airbnb's messaging to ask your guests to login and complete Pre Check-in. They need to use their PMS Reservation ID or their phone number to sign in to the Pre Check-in.
